We are trying to make this new feature both easy to understand and easy to use (all of them are passive). This should make the new players more welcome in teams. We decided to give more powerful abilities to the lower tier tanks, to increase their value for players (no, we don't plan to revise the prices). Those abilities will work for each tank on the battlefield, even after its destruction. Each tank will have a new special ability. Right now we're working on adding a set of new abilities to the tanks. We know, we didn't say much about the update we're making for F&D last time. On many demands, we have increased the price of the infrared imager for 200 (now it costs 1460). You'll definitely like to use it on a new location! We tried to make this location ready for a fast battle where the heavies will play the crucial role. The light tanks and artilleries however, will probably not have to suffer for too long here.
It's all about its size - it is small! The main idea behind such an unexpected solution is to let the heavy tanks to shoot from the first turns. We created it specifically to make the heavy tank owners happier. As a result, now it'll be much more interesting to play and learn not only the tanks of the different classes, but also the tanks of the same class. This significantly changes the value of each tank in the team, as many tanks are giving additional combat bonuses to their teammates. Now every tank has a new special ability.
